Zovella Pants are designed for personal, everyday clothing use. They must be worn and cared for only as intended and in accordance with the supplied care and safety instructions.

Zovella products are not personal protective equipment, medical devices or specialised athletic equipment.

Product Use

Before wearing your Zovella Pants:

• Confirm that you have received the correct size and colour.

• Inspect the product for damage, contamination or loose components.

• Ensure the waistband and drawstring fit securely and comfortably.

• Keep the drawstrings properly tied and away from moving equipment.

• Wear suitable footwear to prevent the hems from dragging excessively.

• Follow all supplied washing and care instructions.

• Use the pants only for ordinary clothing purposes.

The wide-leg design may extend close to the ground depending on your height and selected size.

Take care around stairs, escalators, bicycle components, gym equipment, machinery and other moving objects. Loose fabric or drawstrings may become caught if not worn appropriately.

Do not continue wearing the product if it causes persistent irritation, restricted circulation or concerning discomfort.

Sizing and Fit

Drawstring and Loose-Fabric Safety

• Keep the drawstring securely tied.

Customers are responsible for choosing clothing appropriate for their activity and environment.

Stop using the product during an activity if the loose fit, drawstrings or pant length create a safety concern.

Skin Sensitivity and Irritation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zovella is not responsible for injury, discomfort or product damage caused solely by:

• Improper use or deliberate misuse

• Ignoring product instructions or safety guidance

• Wearing excessively long pants in a way that creates a tripping hazard

• Allowing loose fabric or drawstrings to become caught in equipment

• Wearing the product around machinery where loose clothing is unsafe

• Continuing use after persistent irritation or concerning symptoms develop

• Unauthorised alteration of the product

• Incorrect washing, drying or ironing

• Exposure to bleach, harsh chemicals, flame or excessive heat

• Using damaged or contaminated products

• Failure to select clothing appropriate for an activity or environment

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage occurring after delivery because of improper storage, washing or handling

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

This disclaimer does not remove your rights if a Zovella product is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a mandatory consumer guarantee.
